Being the sole teacher, Gillian is able to monitor every student’s progress. Each class is tailored based on the level of the students in attendance, thus the class may be multi-level.

To create more body awareness and understanding, Gillian promotes class participation and believes in engaging students by interacting with them to ensure they have the correct form.

MotionWerkz

SwingRevz

SwingRevz is a foundational low-impact class that uses the Swing as a support to ease your body into a deep stretch without overstraining. It helps release tight muscles and fascia tissues.

Basic understanding of posture alignment and correct breathing is introduced in this class.

LEVEL All, even for those with:
• Chronic motion sickness
• Vertigo
• Weight or strength issues
• Athletes with tight muscles,  especially runners
• Pre-natal and elderly persons*

SwingWerkz

SwingWerkz elevates stretch, balance and strength training to a whole new level, with the support of a specialised soft-fabric swing. Together with three pairs of well-placed handles, you securely adjust the Swing to your own individual need and height.

Great for those looking for an intro into Swing Fitness or to advance their technique. Leave class feeling stretched out and totally relaxed.

SwingMax uses the Swing and other props to create a weight-bearing core-focused cardio-intensive bootcamp-style class, building overall strength whilst toning and sculpting your muscle groups.

Not for beginners as an intermediate level of strength fitness and balance is required. Must have at least attended a few sessions of SwingWerkz.

swing etiquette

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes.

Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advisable — it helps the instructor provide alignment cues and corrections.

No running shorts and tight bermudas.

Classes start on time.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class.

Late-comers are not allowed to join the class when in session.

Please call in advance if you need help with directions before class starts.

Please bring a small towel and socks (for sweaty feet).
